Opened on the 1st of July 2005 OneZeroFour has established itself as a popular low key hostess bar. With a small selection of current music videos and a larger selection of rock videos you'll find some music to suit most tastes.

One of the few bars in Phnom Penh with a Foosball table, the table gets a good thrashing most days and the girls are competitive when playing.

Why is it called this? Well simply to make it easy for the moto dops in Phnom Penh to find. Simply tell them to go to OneZeroFour (104) street and they'll find it easily. Wouldn't it be nice if that was true, you'll still need to find it on a map, but atleast you now know what street it's on. 104 Street is rapidly developing into Phnom Penh's Nightlife area with a wide selection of bars available. Located at #25, 104 Street Phnom Penh, OneZeroFour joins the growing ranks of bars on 104 street. On the corner of 104 street and 13 street is Chez Ton Ton, 15 metres from OneZeroFour is Monsoon, next door is Zanzibar, opposite Zanzibar is Rose bar. Next door to the Rose bar is the Pickled Parrot bar. Around the corner heading 30m north on the riverfront is Green Vespa bar and heading 30m south is Cafe Fleur D'Asie. A good selection of bars with different styles and ambiances. Newly opened on Street 102 and accesible thru OneZeroFour's back door is Slippery Sams Bar and Guesthouse and next door to Slipperys is Cafe Ratamon. During the day the street has a pleasing ambiance not found in many streets in Phnom Penh. At night the street comes alive with fairy lights. Traffic thru the street is very light and provides quiet street side seating.
